information, to anyone, for any reason.
2. Rust Auto Shippers, Inc. maintains software and hardware that protects and safeguards personal, confidential, or proprietary
information.
3. Companies that work with Rust Auto Shippers, Inc. are expected to sign a mutual confidentiality agreement, but,
even in the absence of such a written agreement, Rust Auto Shippers, Inc. shall not disclose confidential and/ or proprietary
information to any third-party, unless such disclosure is done in good faith for your benefit in the execution of your tranportation
needs.
