Privacy Policy

1. Rust Auto Shippers, Inc. or its subsidiarary, M & M Trucking, LTD. does not sell personal or confidential information, to anyone, for any reason.

2. Rust Auto Shippers, Inc. maintains software and hardware that protects and safeguards personal, confidential, or proprietary information.

3. Companies that work with Rust Auto Shippers, Inc. are expected to sign a mutual confidentiality agreement, but, even in the absence of such a written agreement, Rust Auto Shippers, Inc. shall not disclose confidential and/ or proprietary information to any third-party, unless such disclosure is done in good faith for your benefit in the execution of your tranportation needs.

Payment Options

Upon acceptance of a transportation order, payment can be arranged accordingly:

1. In order to secure the shipment of your vehicle, Rust Auto Shippers, Inc. will take a deposit by either credit card or personal check. The amount of the deposit will vary according to each order. Please see our terms and conditions or contact our office for more details.

2. The remaining balance after the deposit is payable by cash, credit or official bank check on either origin or delivery. If payment is made in our office, a local personal check will be accepted.

3. No credit card will be charged without the written consent of the shipper, we will FAX a Credit Card Release form. Over the phone credit cards can not be accepted.
